For optimal results, we recommend using the serum daily, applying 2 full pipettes. Our shampoo and conditioner are designed for everyday use but can be adjusted to suit your personal preferences.
Using the serum alone helps to stimulate your hair growth. The shampoo & conditioner are there to give you extra support. The shampoo is designed to help cleanse your scalp and contribute to an ideal environment for the serum to work. The conditioner helps to moisturize and protect your strands from damage.
You can easily switch to another product or bundle in your customer portal. We also offer 100ml-sized options if you prefer to use the products less frequently. You can switch back anytime.
Bio-Pilixin® is not a medicinal product, but a bio-harmonized functional cosmetic solution. As such, we have not tested it against or alongside any other pharmaceutical products, so we are unable to state their compatibility.

Most participants in our clinical study experienced a measured reduction in hair loss after 45 days. We have not investigated earlier time points, so we are unfortunately unable to provide any data about the first 5 weeks.
However, some users have reported a bit more shedding during the first few weeks. This is suspected to be due to the scalp adjusting to the new products. While the serum is designed to work within 150 days, we encourage you to contact us if in doubt in between to assess your specific situation.
Bio-Pilixin® helps support your natural hair and is not a cure for medical conditions. As such, if you have seen results and you stop using it, your hair follicles will likely regress to the state they had before in 1or 2 months, and you may see increased shedding.
To maintain hair density, we recommend continuous use. After 150 days, the frequency can be reduced from daily to every two days or as you see fit.
